The work for Odsherred Forsyning consisted of optimizing the customer journeys on the utility company’s website. Personas have been identified and developed to better target the optimal target group.
The website has also been given a new menu structure, and the bottom has been optimized for a simpler and clearer layout, which has improved efficiency.
The project has been carried out in close collaboration with Odsherred Forsyning, where I was employed on a 3-month project assignment to get maximum benefit from the work.
